Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients and tools you’ll need, including a large mixing bowl and a cutting board.
- Slice the celery into thin pieces, aiming for a uniform thickness.
- Chop the red onion finely and set aside.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl; toss the sliced celery, raisins, minced red onion, and toasted walnuts.
