Instructions
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
