Description

These vibrant Unicorn Jello Cups are a fun, colorful dessert featuring layers of fruity gelatin mixed with creamy yogurt and sweet coffee creamer. Topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a playful twisty lollipop, they make an enchanting treat perfect for parties or a whimsical snack.

  • 4 (3 oz) Jello packages: Grape, Blue Raspberry, Lime, Watermelon
  • 3 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 cup sweet cream coffee creamer, divided
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt, divided
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Sprinkles, for garnish
  • Twisty lollipops, for garnish (unicorn horns)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the grape Jello package with 3/4 cup boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until all gelatin crystals are dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate the bowl until the mixture cools to room temperature, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup sweet cream coffee creamer and 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  4. Spoon the prepared Jello mixture evenly into each serving glass. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the layer to set.
  5. Follow steps 1 through 4 for the Blue Raspberry, Lime, and Watermelon Jello flavors, preparing each layer separately and allowing each to set in the fridge before adding the next.
  6. After all four layers have been added to the glasses, place them into the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours to ensure the entire Jello cups are fully set.
  7. Right before serving, top each cup with a generous swirl of whipped cream, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top, and finish by inserting a twisty lollipop to resemble a unicorn horn.
