- 4 (3 oz) Jello packages: Grape, Blue Raspberry, Lime, Watermelon
- 3 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 cup sweet cream coffee creamer, divided
- 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt, divided
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Sprinkles, for garnish
- Twisty lollipops, for garnish (unicorn horns)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the grape Jello package with 3/4 cup boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until all gelatin crystals are dissolved.
- Refrigerate the bowl until the mixture cools to room temperature, approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup sweet cream coffee creamer and 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Spoon the prepared Jello mixture evenly into each serving glass. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the layer to set.
- Follow steps 1 through 4 for the Blue Raspberry, Lime, and Watermelon Jello flavors, preparing each layer separately and allowing each to set in the fridge before adding the next.
- After all four layers have been added to the glasses, place them into the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours to ensure the entire Jello cups are fully set.
- Right before serving, top each cup with a generous swirl of whipped cream, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top, and finish by inserting a twisty lollipop to resemble a unicorn horn.
