Description

Toisan Style Stir-fried Bean Thread Noodles with Shrimp and Pork, an easy yet impressive dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bean Thread Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Dried Small Shrimp
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp KA-ME Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp KA-ME 100% Pure Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pcs Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the noodles in hot water for 4 to 6 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles soak, soak the dried small shrimp in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, then drain and chop.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add ground pork to the skillet, breaking it up. Cook until almost fully cooked and browned, about 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Add the soaked shrimp, oyster sauce, white pepper, coarse salt, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the soaked noodles, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
