- 1 large Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- Whip an egg in a small bowl, then add the tuna, mozzarella cheese, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Optional: Sprinkle a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese onto the preheated waffle maker and let it cook for 30 seconds before adding the tuna mixture.
- Spoon half the tuna mixture into the waffle maker and cook for at least 4 minutes until firm and golden brown. Lift out carefully.
- Repeat with the remaining tuna mixture. Serve hot.
