- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: (Optional) Pour boiling water over chicken thighs until the skin starts to shrink.
- Mix Ingredients: In the rice cooker, add chicken, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and water.
- Seal and Cook: Close the rice cooker lid and start cooking without marinating.
- Cook for an Hour: Set to cook for 1 hour or use white rice mode.
