These Roast Beef Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls are easy-to-make appetizers featuring tender shredded roast beef, melted American cheese, and a flavorful butter sauce on sweet King’s Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 pkg 12 count King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 2 cups shredded roast beef
- 12 slices American cheese
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic paste
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉. Prepare a 9×13 inch pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Use a serrated knife to carefully slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.
- Combine the mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread this mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the shredded roast beef over the mayo-coated bottom rolls. Place a slice of American cheese on top.
- Melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Brush this butter sauce over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the sliders from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into individual sandwiches.
- Sprinkle parsley flakes and grated parmesan cheese over the top if desired. Serve warm.
