- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the red velvet cake according to the package instructions.
- Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Cut the cooled red velvet cake into small cubes.
- In a trifle dish, layer the red velvet cake cubes, followed by the cream cheese mousse, and repeat the layers.
- Top with fresh berries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
