A quick and nostalgic high-protein Dunkaroo dip made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and rainbow sprinkles. A fun, macro-friendly dessert or snack that comes together in minutes!
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% for best texture)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 g)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (enhances flavor)
- 1 pinch salt (balances sweetness)
- 3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (add at the end)
- 2 tbsp funfetti cake mix (optional)
- Graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, apple slices, strawberries, pretzels (for dipping)
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, protein, honey, vanilla, salt
- Stir until smooth
- Fold in sprinkles (and cake mix if using)
- Chill 15–20 minutes
