Peach Bellini Cupcakes that combine champagne and peaches for a joyful treat.

- 1 cup unsalted butter (creamy)
- 4 cups powdered sugar (sifted to avoid lumps)
- ½ cup peach puree (for a fruity twist)
- ¼ cup champagne or sparkling wine (for shimmer)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the champagne, milk, vanilla extract, and peach puree.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the wet ingredients.
- Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
- Beat the butter until smooth and creamy, then gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, peach puree, champagne, and a pinch of salt.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the peach buttercream using a piping bag.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprinkle of sparkling sugar.
