Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together ½ cup softened butter, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 3 cups of sweetened shredded coconut, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup of chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
- Refrigerate the combined mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour so it firms up and becomes easier to handle.
- Once chilled, shape the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls using your hands or a scoop.
- Roll each ball thoroughly in the extra graham cracker crumbs until they are fully coated for a crunchy outer layer.
