- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet for about 5 minutes each.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
