Instructions

  3. Prepare the turkey thighs by patting them dry and loosening the skin; spread herb butter under each piece.
  4. Season the turkey thighs with olive oil, additional salt, and pepper; pour chicken broth into the roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 35–40 minutes, basting halfway through.
