Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip each shrimp in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove shrimp and drizzle with sugar-free honey substitute before serving.
