A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken made in a crock pot, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the sauce in the crock pot and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
- Return the chicken to the pot, coat with the sauce, and serve.
