A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken made in a crock pot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  7. Stir the slurry into the sauce in the crock pot and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
  8. Return the chicken to the pot, coat with the sauce, and serve.
