- 0.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour (Can use white all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Dark or milk chocolate as per preference)
- 3 cups Gooey Marshmallows (Use mini marshmallows for easier mixing)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Consider cream of coconut for a non-dairy option)
- 0.5 teaspoons Flaky Sea Salt (Use regular salt sparingly)
- 1 cup Additional Marshmallows (Reserved from the filling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, whole wheat flour, and chocolate chips. Stir well until evenly distributed.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk into the dry mixture. Gently stir until fully incorporated.
- Fold in most of the gooey marshmallows while reserving a handful for topping.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish. Smooth it out evenly and sprinkle with reserved marshmallows and flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once chilled, cut into small squares and enjoy!
