Instructions

- Add unsalted butter to a large saucepan over medium-high heat and melt completely.
- Continue cooking the butter until it turns a golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in granulated sugar and evaporated milk; mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches 234°F-238°F, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
- Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and let cool for at least 2 hours.
