Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Add unsalted butter to a large saucepan over medium-high heat and melt completely.
  3. Continue cooking the butter until it turns a golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat, stir in granulated sugar and evaporated milk; mix well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches 234°F-238°F, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
  7. Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and let cool for at least 2 hours.
