- 9 ounces tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a light-colored pot over medium heat, stirring frequently until it turns amber brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and chopped sage to the browned butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer and thicken slightly, around 3-4 minutes.
- Add the tortellini directly into the creamy sauce, stirring gently. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Sprinkle in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and the sauce is creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, garnished with extra sage or Parmesan if desired.
