Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
