Description

Festive Christmas Crunch Popcorn Recipe combining popcorn with butter, marshmallow, and white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bags microwave popcorn, popped (about 10 cups)
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate candy melts
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Mini M&M’s Candy, red & green
  • Peanut M&M’s Candy, red & green
  • Red & green sprinkles
  • 1 cup pretzels, broken in half

Instructions

  1. Line an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pop the 2 bags of microwave popcorn according to package directions and spread it over the lined baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the salted butter. Add mini marshmallows and white chocolate candy melts. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour three quarters of the melted mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture over the coated popcorn and sprinkle with Mini M&M’s, Peanut M&M’s, sprinkles, and broken pretzels.
  6. Allow to cool fully on the baking sheet before serving.
