Instructions
- Gather ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients: rolled oats, oat flour, vegan vanilla protein powder, and ground flaxseed.
- Combine the wet ingredients: milk, water, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. Mix until creamy and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the ganache: whisk together cacao powder and additional water, then drizzle over the oat mixture with extra peanut butter and peanuts.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
