Ingredients

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup All-purpose or gluten-free flour
  • ⅓ cup Creamy all-natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Melt the butter with chocolate chips in a bowl, stirring until melted and creamy.
  4. Whisk together granulated sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl for 2 minutes until light and frothy.
  5. Mix in the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
  6. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and flour to the batter, stirring until blended.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the lined pan, spreading evenly.
  8. Drop dollops of the peanut butter filling over the brownie base, spreading it into an even layer.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie batter, spreading it gently over the peanut butter layer.
  10. Swirl ⅓ cup of creamy peanut butter on top, using a knife to create a marble effect.
  11. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes or until the center is set yet soft.
  12. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
