  • 1/2 cup Veganaise
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl: Veganaise, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add and toss the broccoli slaw mix into the bowl with the dressing. Gently combine until fully coated.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve, ideally for at least 30 minutes.
