- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl: Veganaise, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add and toss the broccoli slaw mix into the bowl with the dressing. Gently combine until fully coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, ideally for at least 30 minutes.
