Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the puff pastry by laying it flat in a parchment-lined 10-12 inch baking dish or pie plate. Center the cubed cheese in the pastry.
- Mix the rosemary and grated garlic together. Sprinkle this blend over the cheese and drizzle the honey on top.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese mound. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg and sprinkle lightly with coarse sugar.
- Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is deep golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve with extra honey, freshly cracked black pepper, and your favorite crackers or slices of crusty bread.
