- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the lamb evenly.
