Delightfully soft and flavorful Strawberry Kiss Cookies made with strawberry cake mix, cream cheese, and butter, topped with a classic strawberry ice cream cone kiss.

- ½ Cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 Box strawberry cake mix, 15¼ Ounces
- ½ Cup powdered sugar
- 8 Ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 36 strawberry ice cream cone kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Beat the butter, egg, and cream cheese together in a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer until creamy and smooth.
- Beat in the strawberry cake mix until fully combined and there are no dry lumps remaining.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out dough balls and roll each ball in your hands.
- Roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar thoroughly, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges have set but the centers remain soft.
- Press a strawberry ice cream cone kiss onto the center of each warm cookie immediately after removing them from the oven.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheets before transferring to a serving plate or storage container.
