- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place two mini chocolate chips near the top of each strawberry for eyes.
- Arrange the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, until the white chocolate hardens.
- Transfer the melted chocolate chips into a ziplock bag and snip off a tiny corner to create a piping bag.
- Pipe small mouths onto each strawberry.
- Return the strawberries to the refrigerator for an additional 5 minutes to set the piped chocolate.
