Instructions
- Begin by peeling and dicing the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Add the sweet potatoes, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices into the slow cooker.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, stirring everything together.
- Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, taste the chili and adjust the seasoning if needed.
