A cozy, barista-style pumpkin cream cold foam recipe you can make at home in under 5 minutes. Rich, fluffy foam with warm pumpkin spice flavor; perfect over iced coffee or cold brew.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree (Use pure pumpkin, not pie filling)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup (Maple or simple syrup works too)
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (Blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (Optional garnish)
  • 12 oz Cold brew coffee (Or iced coffee)
  • Ice cubes (Enough to fill the glass)

Instructions

  1. Mix pumpkin, syrup, spices.
  2. Add cream, whisk until smooth.
  3. Froth or shake until fluffy.
  4. Pour over iced coffee.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon.
