  • 4 cups fresh spinach (stir in last)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and gently sauté minced garlic until fragrant and golden, about 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  2. Pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add dry pasta. Bring to a gentle boil, ensuring pasta is fully submerged.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens, about 12–15 minutes.
  4. Off the heat, fold in fresh spinach leaves, stirring until wilted and vivid green, about 1–2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over pasta, stirring until melted into the sauce for a silky finish. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
