- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except Nutella in a medium bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and forms a crumbly texture.
- Press 3/4 of the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined or well-greased 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan.
- Spread the Nutella evenly onto the oat layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the Nutella. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and fragrant.
- Cool the bars completely before cutting them into squares.
