Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except Nutella in a medium bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and forms a crumbly texture.
  3. Press 3/4 of the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined or well-greased 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan.
  4. Spread the Nutella evenly onto the oat layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the Nutella. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Cool the bars completely before cutting them into squares.
