A refreshing and easy-to-make no-bake strawberry cheesecake, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
