Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk chia seeds with coconut milk and maple syrup until evenly combined.

- Gently fold the mango purée into the chilled chia mixture until swirled patterns form.
- Spoon the pudding into four small jars or bowls and tap gently on the counter.
- Refrigerate jars uncovered for 30 minutes, then cover and chill for another hour before serving cold with toppings.
