- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and season them with salt and black pepper.
- Place the drumsticks in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour the teriyaki marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or place a wire rack on the baking sheet.
- Arrange the marinated drumsticks in a single layer on the prepared rack or baking sheet, reserving any leftover marinade for basting.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting the drumsticks with the reserved glaze every 10 minutes. Continue baking until the skin is deeply caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
