A classic recipe for deviled eggs that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them under running water.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve chilled.
