Description

A classic recipe for deviled eggs that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them under running water.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve chilled.
