  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 pieces Fresh Lemons
  • 1/2 cup Nicoise Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown, then set aside.
