- 1 tablespoon Butter (for greasing the pan)
- 2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup Broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere)
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 0.125 teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease pie dish and arrange crust.
- Layer chicken, broccoli, and cheese in the crust.
- Whisk eggs, cream, milk, and seasonings. Pour over filling.
- Bake 45–50 min until set and golden.
- Cool 15 min before slicing and serving.
