Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt to the mashed bananas and stir.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
