Easy Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta that will wow your taste buds.

- 1 pound Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 8 ounces Linguine or spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon Salt (for boiling the pasta)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil (to prevent sticking)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in a large pot of generously salted water over high heat. Cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente, tender yet firm to the bite. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fully foaming, about 1 minute.
- Sauté minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Season shrimp with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Deglaze by adding lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and reserved pasta water. Stir for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture, tossing over low heat for 1 minute.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a final squeeze of lemon before serving.
