Rich, fudgy, and safe-to-eat edible brownie batter that comes together in just 5 minutes. No baking, no eggs, and full of deep chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour (heat-treated for safety)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 23 tbsp Milk (any type)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • Optional mix-ins (chopped nuts, sprinkles, crushed cookies)

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat flour to 165°F and cool.
  2. Cream butter and sugars.
  3. Add vanilla and milk.
  4. Sift in dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until thick.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Chill 30 min if desired.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
