- 1 cup All-purpose flour (heat-treated for safety)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
- 2–3 tbsp Milk (any type)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
- Optional mix-ins (chopped nuts, sprinkles, crushed cookies)
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour to 165°F and cool.
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add vanilla and milk.
- Sift in dry ingredients.
- Mix until thick.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill 30 min if desired.
- Serve and enjoy.
