Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a large baking pan.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well incorporated.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and quick oats into the wet ingredients, mixing gently.

- Prepare the icing while your bars are baking by melting the butter over medium heat until light brown.
