Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted (Unsalted)
  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened (2 packages)
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (Cold)
  • 2 cups Strawberries, diced (Fresh and ripe)
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice (Prevents browning)
  • Whipped cream (For garnish)
  • Strawberries, sliced (For garnish)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (Optional crunch)

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients, press into cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla.
  3. Whip cream, fold into filling.
  4. Layer crust, filling, strawberries.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Add whipped cream and garnish.
