Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
