Description

Coconut Snowball Truffles that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  • 400 g Condensed milk
  • 200 g White chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line a large tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut with the condensed milk.
  3. Scoop about 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
  4. Arrange the truffle balls on the lined tray and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, then return them to the lined tray.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour to let the chocolate coating harden.
