Coconut Snowball Truffles that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 200 g Desiccated coconut
- 400 g Condensed milk
- 200 g White chocolate
Instructions
- Line a large tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut with the condensed milk.
- Scoop about 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
- Arrange the truffle balls on the lined tray and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, then return them to the lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour to let the chocolate coating harden.
