  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey, for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs, e.g., parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Extra Hot Honey, serve on the side

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold, unsalted butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add milk until the dough comes together.
  5. Shape the dough into a 1-inch thick rectangle and cut into rounds.
  6. Place biscuits on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Season and cook chicken in a skillet.
  8. Glaze chicken with hot honey after cooking.
  9. Assemble by placing chicken in a biscuit and drizzling with hot honey.
