- 1/4 cup Hot Honey, for drizzling
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs, e.g., parsley or chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup Extra Hot Honey, serve on the side
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold, unsalted butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add milk until the dough comes together.
- Shape the dough into a 1-inch thick rectangle and cut into rounds.
- Place biscuits on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Season and cook chicken in a skillet.
- Glaze chicken with hot honey after cooking.
- Assemble by placing chicken in a biscuit and drizzling with hot honey.
