- 2–3 pieces lime or lemon wedges (for fresh juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or neutral flavored oil
- 1 piece scallion (finely sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Begin by heating your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Toss ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets along with olive oil, salt, and all the spices. Toss until well coated.
- Arrange on baking sheet: Transfer the seasoned florets to your prepared baking sheet, spread them out to ensure even roasting.
