Caramelized Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini with Rosemary is a flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer ready in just 30 minutes.

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the pear slices and brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the pears are caramelized.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a slice of caramelized pear and a sprinkle of chopped rosemary.
- Serve the Caramelized Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini warm or at room temperature.
