Description

Caramelized Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini with Rosemary is a flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the pear slices and brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the pears are caramelized.
  4. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a slice of caramelized pear and a sprinkle of chopped rosemary.
  5. Serve the Caramelized Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini warm or at room temperature.
