These Cake Mix Cookies are a quick and easy treat made using a simple box cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Customize with your favorite add-ins like chocolate chips, M&M’s, or nuts for a personalized flavor.

- 1 (15.25 ounce) box cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips, M&M’s, and/or nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large half-sheet baking pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until just combined or beat on low speed until even.
- Fold in ¾ cup of your chosen add-ins, reserving ¼ cup to press on top of the cookies.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, drop dollops of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press the reserved add-ins onto the tops of each cookie.
- Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes until set and lightly golden at the edges.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
