  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Berries (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds or Walnuts (for crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons Nut Butter (for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats and your choice of milk in a blender, letting them soak for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly thickened.
  2. Toss in mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to brighten flavors.
  3. Blend on medium-high for about 60 seconds, pausing to scrape down the sides.
  4. Add chia seeds and pulse 2–3 times to disperse seeds evenly.
  5. Pour into glasses, and top with fresh berries, sliced nuts, or nut butter.
