- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pkt instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash bananas and mix wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Roll out dough and spread filling.
- Cut into rolls and arrange in pan.
- Let rise again.
- Bake until golden.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle on warm rolls.
